On average, dairy cows live to about 6 and a half years. The life of a dairy cow has many stages from a wobbly legged calf, to a fully grown adult. Once she’s reached maturity she could become a mother herself (perhaps several times over), but she’s also a friend to the other animals in her herd and a fantastic milk producer for the farmer.
